Account Security and Operations Account Registration and Use Each Account is for use solely by the registered User. You must immediately notify snipeEX of any unauthorized access or security breaches. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions Funds transferred into your Account become your property, subject to applicable Fees and limits. Orders placed on the Platform represent offers to buy or sell Digital Assets and, once executed, are irreversible. snipeEX reserves the right to set or change minimum/maximum limits for Deposits and Withdrawals. If a Deposit does not meet minimum thresholds or exceeds maximum limits, snipeEX may investigate and adjust processing accordingly. 5. Fees, Cancellations, and Refunds Fees for using our Services will be charged as specified on our Website or Platform. Inactive Accounts (no activity for six months) may incur a fee, which snipeEX may deduct from your balance. All Transactions, once executed, are final. Withdrawals or cancellations of completed Transactions are not permitted. For Fiat money transactions, snipeEX may exchange Deposited funds into stablecoins for processing, subject to the current exchange rates. 6. Prohibited Activities and Compliance You agree not to: Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information. Use the Services for illegal activities such as money laundering, terrorist financing, or market manipulation. Employ automated tools to access or extract data from the Platform beyond the functionality provided by snipeEX. Share or transfer your Account or credentials to any third party. snipeEX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account for any breach of these terms or for activities deemed harmful to the integrity of the Platform. 7. Intellectual Property snipeEX retains all rights to the Platform, Website, Data, and any associated intellectual property. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Platform strictly in accordance with this Agreement. In the event of a dispute, the Parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue through negotiation. Failing an amicable resolution, any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be finally resolved in accordance with the Rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA). The place of arbitration shall be London, United Kingdom, and the arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in English. 10.
